You may think this program is going to be crazy hard with some strict diet, NOPE! Stop right there, all its going to take is 3 sessions a week with me either in person training or online. We will be training high intensity sessions 3x a week for the next 3-6 months, as well as following a very balanced lifestyle diet. Eating 3 meals a day with 2 light meals and 1 big meal.

This is the number one question I always get asked by my clients before they join, and I get it you have tried everything from workout plans, nutrition plans, restricted eating, and even training 5-7x a week. So how am I so sure I can get you your dream body within 3-6 months? Because I have a system and that includes which muscle groups were working on more and the nutrition plans made upon your eating habits and not just a 1 in for all nutrition plan.

To achieve your dream body our main focus is to get you down under 12% body fat, the goal is to be between 9-11% body fat to have that fitness model/pro athlete body. That’s the secret of achieving your dream body, but how do we do that? My training and diet plans are all designed to help you lose body fat while becoming stronger at the same time.

THE DREAM BODY PATHWAY PROCESS

We will be training 3x a week, you have to commit to 3x a week no matter what

Be prepared to lift more and do less cardio

You will be eating 3 meals a day, 2 light meals 1 heavy meal

Your diet is very simple and easy, depending on your body type you may be doing a calorie deficit or an increase in calories, as well as high protein intake for all

There’s no need to track your calories or weigh your food, I’m going to teach you how to make dieting easy rather then a job
